These terms govern your purchase and use of the Pine Script indicators and related content offered at indicators.architmittal.com ("the Tools"). By purchasing or using the Tools you agree to these terms.
1. What you're buying
You are buying a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Tools on your own TradingView account. Plans are a one-time payment with lifetime access to the purchased tools, including the bonus analytics tools where included with the All-Access bundle.
2. Delivery
Access is granted by adding the Tools to the TradingView username you provide at checkout, under "Invite-only scripts". Access is granted manually, usually within a few hours of confirmed payment. It is your responsibility to provide a correct TradingView username.
3. Licence restrictions
- Do not copy, share, resell, redistribute, decompile or attempt to extract the source of the Tools.
- Do not share your access with other accounts. Access is for the single TradingView account you provide.
- We may revoke access for breach of these terms or fraudulent payment.
4. No financial advice
The Tools are educational and technical-analysis aids only. They are not financial advice and carry no guarantee of any outcome. See our Disclaimer. Trading involves risk of loss.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Cashfree. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. All sales are final — purchases are non-refundable, as set out in our No-Refund Policy. You must be logged in to a customer account to purchase; access is granted to the TradingView username on your account.
6. Availability & changes
We may update, improve or discontinue individual Tools. All-Access bundle holders receive future indicators at no extra cost while the bundle is offered. We may update these terms; the current version is always posted here.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Tools is limited to the amount you paid for them. We are not liable for trading losses or for any indirect or consequential damages.
