This policy explains what we collect and why. We collect the minimum needed to deliver your purchase and run the site.
What we collect
- Checkout details: email, TradingView username, and (optionally) phone number — used to process your order and grant access.
- Payment data: handled by our payment processor, Cashfree. We do not store your card or bank details on our servers.
- Marketing email (optional): if you opt in for a free tool/guide, we store your email to send it and related updates.
- Analytics: we use the Meta Pixel to measure ad performance. This may set cookies and share limited event data (e.g. page views, purchases) with Meta for advertising measurement.
How we use it
To deliver and support your purchase, send receipts and access confirmations, prevent fraud, comply with law, and (if you opted in) send occasional educational updates. We do not sell your personal data.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run the service — our payment processor (Cashfree), email/hosting infrastructure, and advertising/analytics (Meta) — each only as required for their function.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in the email or by contacting us.
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us.
- Control cookies through your browser settings.
